Refund and Rescheduling Policy

No refunds

All purchases of studio time are final and non-refundable once payment has been completed. Purchased studio time must be used for recording or other agreed studio services at Fast Traxx Studio.

Rescheduling a booking

You may request to reschedule your studio appointment by contacting us before the required notice period:

• Weekday appointments: at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Weekend appointments: at least 5 days before the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling requests made after the applicable deadline may not be accepted, and the purchased studio time may be forfeited.

A rescheduled appointment is subject to studio availability and must be arranged through Fast Traxx Studio. Rescheduling does not create a right to a refund.

How to request a reschedule

Send your request as soon as possible to info@fasttraxx.com or call +1 559-498-6595. Include your name, appointment date and time, and your preferred new date and time.
